If you ever watch any tv show or old movie where there are a couple of guys playing checkers, there always seems to be the one guy who is winning easily but also he always seems to get blindsided by the other player who ends up jumping at least 4 times and winning the game. I’ve played checkers a few times and never have I not been able to see that all my checkers are laid out perfectly in a way to lose the game. This is a glaring inadequacy in all forms of film involving checkers.
It’s kinda sad really.
